St Lawrence Market

The world famous St. Lawrence Market is home to the signature peameal bacon sandwich (to be honest, I didn’t know what peameal bacon was at the time). The market is a collection of regional personality; the fresh seafood, a color palate of fresh produce, cheese artisans handing out samples of their craft, the cured meats, all the while a thick perfume of warm baked goods enveloping your senses. Oh, and maple syrup. Canadians are serious about their maple syrup. I could spend hours in the market with my camera.
