12.16.12 | Have a Vintage Holiday Season!

As 2012 comes to a conclusion, I reflect back on a year of changes, obstacles, and challenges that have tested my resolve, my art, my creativity. Without challenges, there is no innovation. Without obstacles, motivation is lost. Change dares you to create again and again.

I look forward to 2013 as a new year, another start. I am encouraged by what is ahead, and I will continue to reinvent myself, turning the page while appreciating and learning from the chapters already written.

Dani May embodies the spirit of the season in this vintage pin up style. She was a joy to work with and an amazing personality and her smile lights up a room. In the spirit of the holidays, enjoy her pin up set. We could all use a little Dani May in our lives!

12.12.12 On Location | Stocker Farms, Fall 2012

On a brisk Sunday morning, I was fortunate to be invited by a few friends to take the drive out to Eastern Washington and pick out pumpkins at the Stocker Farms. Little did I know I was nominated photographer for the day.

The kids all seemed happy and there were plenty food options to wreck my diet. The overcast sky remained friendly and merciful until we left, but mud is still drying on my shoes a month later. In between my duties, I was able to capture some choice images for the blog! Always find an opportunity, right?
